19 May 2024, El Paso, Texas, Steven Zimmerman – “They’ve suspended Camp,” an officer with the El Paso Police Department discloses. “The only guy who’s been tirelessly looking out for us, and they’ve abruptly removed him.” This sudden absence of Sgt. Camp, a key figure in our community, leaves a void that many are concerned about.
The El Paso Police Department and the Special Investigations Group of the El Paso Police Department think Sgt. Christopher Camp is the source of information for the Jerusalem Press.

“First, they cave to the LT, Frank,” says another officer. “The same POS who was written up by Camp for being rude, making fun of others, creating a hostile workplace himself, and nothing happens. Him they keep, Camp they toss?”
According to sources within the department, the El Paso Police Department raided the home of Police Sergeant Christopher Camp to determine whether Officer Camp released the following video to the Jerusalem Press.
Officer Camp did not provide this video; his wife provided it.
“When I sent you the video,” said Ms. Camp, “it was to promote positivity for the police department. Too many people usually see the police in a negative light.”
Detective Jerome called the Jerusalem Press, hoping we would turn over our source of the video, thinking that we would turn on a source.
It’s a shame that the El Paso Police Department instead covers the bad guys with badges and punishes those who speak out against the wicked acts of a few bad actors.
“Frank is bragging about Camp being grounded,” says another officer with the El Paso Police Department, who did say we could share he is on Frank’s shift. “He’s saying this is what happens when you f-ck with me.”
This is the department that Command Staff has created over decades of getting warm and fuzzy with caution, crossing the line, and excusing bad behavior. We get a Department that doesn’t care about transparency or cleaning their house.
Another officer wanted us to share a message for Sgt. Camp: “You are one of the good ones. It’s bullshit that they are going to take you down and let the actual bad guys keep working.”
